2010 MEETINGS

Apartment managers that are aware of crime and have an on-site RESIDENT SHIELD in place before a crime happens may reap tremendous benefits.  Insurance providers, attorneys and marketing professionals have discussed benefits such as:

·       Lower insurance liability risks and costs

·       Increased marketability of the community

·       Maximized benefits for law enforcement through resident education programs

·       Higher economic returns through a stabilized resident base

·       Increased cooperative relationships through resident education programs

 The goal for 2010 will be for all apartment managers to have a RESIDENT SHIELD certificate with their name on it hanging in their office.
